My wife went to pick up 1/2 dozen different flavored types of cream cheese. She had to then ask for a bag. He proceeds to hand her a un opened bag. She looks at him in dis belief. He then opens the bag hands it to her and walks away. My wife standing there proceeded to bag the 1/2 dozen cream cheese containers herself. We love Einstein Bagels just wish they took better care of their customers at this location.

I have been to many Einstein Bros location across the country and have had great experiences. Unfortunately this is not one of those experiences. Walking in and I couldn't help but notice that every open table was dirty, the floor was filthy, and windows had greasy hand prints on them. The staff were all congregated by the register. I had to flag them down to take my order. They acted put out to have to a do their job. The food was fine, but the staff and environment will make me never want to return. It disappointing that this location is the closest to my house. It's sad that the chain has allowed this location to continue in this manner.

I don't usually write reviews on bagel shops/coffee shops, but felt the need on this one. The place needs to be cleaned! After we placed our order I was looking around and wanted to change my mind. Since we were taking a sandwich to go, i waited. My husband wanted his deli sandwich on bread. The kid looked at him and said " we don't have any." "Any Rye?" "No, bread. We don't carry it." The photo on the board had the deli sandwiches on bread?? Anyway, I got a paninni sandwich. It was awful!! The chicken was old and it was warmed in a microwave, not a sandwich grill. I'm now thinking I made a huge mistake! My stomach is upset and queazy. Happy Friday, hope I don't have food poisoning. Stick to the bucket of bagels, but I would recommend a different Einstein location.

I continue to go here because it is close to my home and we like the food but it is painful! I have yet to go in and be served in a quick manner. Easy 15 minute wait for bagels. The bathrooms are dirty as well

I ordered one bagel with plain cream cheese and got on the freeway before I discovered that they gave me an asiago bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It pretty much ruined my morning.

Seems the only 2 reviews that was telling how bad is the service in this place is got filtered. So here is one more! I was waiting in line and the 3 or 4 people across the counter acted like nobody was there, so finally when I called for help the kid acted like I was interrupting them!!!

This is yet another location of the bagel and coffee chain located throughout the SLC area and really the rest of the country. They have a varied selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads they call shmears. The bagels are tasty and the service is quick. The lines are usually not long and the staff do a good job of getting you in and out in a timely manner. Is the food healthy, no. Is it good, yes. My oh my bagels have a lot of carbs and calories. Parking should not be a problem. Their web site is slow and annoying.
